3 Quick Apply Full-time 2 hours ago Full Job Description Rapidly growing service company in the NW Ohio area is seeking an Asset & Property Manager.
This position requires a self-starter with the desire to learn and develop strategies to accomplish established goals and the ability to identify areas within this role to keep the business healthy.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of inventory, supplies, and capital goods purchases and distribution; and directing activities in the supply chain.
Inventory management, including maintaining efficient inventory levels and negotiating costs is critical.
Management of company-owned real and personal property is key.
Key Accountabilities - Inventory:
Maintain inventory records via a combination of periodic inventories and cycle counting; responsible for accounting records accurately reflecting inventory on hand Efficient purchasing of inventory, supplies, and capital equipment.
Receive purchase requisitions and verify for accuracy and authorization Establish, maintain, and update list of preferred inventory items, including consumable supply items and items held for re-sale Establish preferred vendors and suppliers; periodically evaluate based on capabilities, performance, and quality; monitor for adherence to terms Evaluate and recommend new and substitute vendors when necessary Cultivate positive relationship with first- and second-tier vendors and suppliers Assist in establishing preferred item groups for both consumables and re-sale; assist with negotiating costs, delivery, and credit terms; maintain accurate purchasing records Issue purchase orders; compare invoices to purchase orders to ensure agreed-to pricing, quantities, and other terms.
Expedite purchase orders as necessary and ensure delivery of purchased items for uninterrupted manufacturing flow Evaluate inventory reorder levels and quantity price breaks to determine most economical purchasing of inventory and supplies in relationship to company's cost of capital.
Prepare monthly reports and review forecast of purchasing commitments Establish and monitor supply chain for timely and scheduled deliveries from vendors and suppliers, and delivery of consumables and re-sale products from the warehouse to their final destination.
Ensure correct product being moved within the supply chain as expected.
Resolve any exceptions Perform other purchasing or inventory control duties as necessary or as requested All other duties as assigned by the VP of Operations or Owner Key Accountabilities - Real and Personal Property:
Manage maintenance needs of all Clean Team-owned and related real property (buildings owned and rented) and personal property (rolling stock) Monitor and advise on lease parameters for rented facilities Process cell phone administration for all company positions entitled to use company cell phone program The ideal candidate will:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Well-practiced in working with a broad range of vendors and suppliers Experience with the following systems:
QuickBooks Online, Bill.
com, Expensify and other online portals/apps 5
years' experience as an Accountant or Asset Manager in a high-volume transaction environment is preferred A background in system upgrades and transitions is preferred (not required) Benefits included upon eligibility:
