The ideal candidate is friendly, detail oriented, has a passion for helping others and the ability to multitask.

year experience of customer service is required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Answering phones -Scheduling appointments -Presenting treatment plans -Collecting patient fees -Imputing insurance information -Entering insurance payments Skill requirements:
-A warm, friendly, genuine smile to greet and engage our patients and your fellow team members -Love engaging with people - A great attitude:
caring, conscientious professional who is familiar with dental insurance eligibility and billing -Excellent Communicator:
has strong communication skills; discussing treatment plans, payment options, and productive scheduling -Works well with others and great energy -Good with computers -Focused attention You should be able to:
-prioritize your duties throughout the day -have a roll up your sleeves and pitch right in attitude.
-The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice, when necessary.
-Must be willing to grow and expand knowledge and skills.
